有效化學(xué)成分
環(huán)氧乙烷改性炔二醇類非離子型表面活性劑，主要用于底材及涂層之間的潤(rùn)濕，提高接合性，同時(shí)具有抑泡、破泡功能。

特點(diǎn)
提高了產(chǎn)品的親水性，增加在水中的溶解度，改進(jìn)潤(rùn)濕和消泡性能；
因各自的乙氧化程度和在水中溶解度的不同，在起潤(rùn)濕功能的同時(shí)，還可作為低泡、無(wú)泡或消泡潤(rùn)濕劑；
適用于水/醇性膠粘劑、涂料和油墨等，也可用于某些溶劑型體系中；
不含APEO等，無(wú)毒。
使用方法
1、使用時(shí)應(yīng)保證混合均勻。
2、如體系中加有其他表面活性劑等助劑，Surfadol 400系列應(yīng)在末尾加入并混合均勻。
3、顏料、填料或其他固體，在Surfadol 400系列助劑加入并混合均勻后再加入，這樣可保證有效潤(rùn)濕和抑制泡沫。
建議添加量
配方總量的0.2-2%，建議通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)確定。
包裝
25L塑桶，200L鐵桶，也可根據(jù)客戶要求批量包裝。
貯存
本品應(yīng)置于干燥陰涼、通風(fēng)良好的場(chǎng)所，遠(yuǎn)離火源及氧化劑，開封后應(yīng)盡快用完。

Characteristic
l Increasing the hydrophilicity of the product, increasing the solubility in water, and improve wetting and defoaming properties.
l Due to the different solubility in water and ethylene oxide level, it can be used as low-foaming, no-foaming or defoaming wetting agent for water/alcohol-based adhesives, coatings and inks. Also can be used for some solvent-based systems.
l APEO free, non-toxic.
Usage method
1. Ensure sufficient mix when in use.
2. Surfadol400 should be added and mixed after other surface-active agents in system.
3. Pigments, fillers or other solid should be added after Surfadol 400 has been evenly mixed. It will ensure effective wetting and foam suppression.
Suggested Addition
0.2% - 2.0% wt. on total formula. Ultimate assessment and confirmation depend on experiments.
Packing
25kgs/plastic drum, 180kgs/iron drum.
We can also make batch packaging according to customer requirements.
Storage
This product should be placed in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from the fire source and oxidant, used as soon as possible after opening.
